COVID-19 Pandemic Notice: as of February 2022
The City of Chicago has mandated all meeting and event attendees must provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to attending meetings or events.
- Upon arrival at the event, attendees will be asked by the Peninsula Hotel to provide a Valid Photo ID (age 16+) along with one of the following: Vaccination Card, Photocopy of Vaccination Card, Digital Record, or Printed Record from Vaccine Provider. Attendees who are unable to provide proof of vaccination will be denied entry to meeting and event spaces in accordance with the city's mandate. In addition masks are required in all public spaces of the hotel (i.e., lobby, elevators, & rest rooms).
